The Gemini 1 was based on the wartime Miles M.38 Messenger and shared its wings and fuselage.
First flight of the protoype Gemini 1 ( G-AGUS ) was on October 26th 1945.
It was of wooden construction and powered by 2x 100hp Blackburn Cirrus Minor 2 engines.
Shown is Gemini M65/1A OO-RLD , built in 1947.
